Works but there are some side effects
I’m on my 5th day of this and have lost weight. Time will tell if it is mostly water but either way, this really suppresses your appetite (so at least some of it has to be fat)…

Works, but probably best for short-term use
I’ve been taking this product for almost 2 weeks now. I’ve lost about 7 pounds, but I’ve also been on Phase 1 of South Beach and working out 3-4 times per week.

Please google “lida” or “dali” along with sibutramine and the letters “mg” and you’ll learn that in these pills there’s anywhere from 25mg to 35 mg of sibutramine while the FDA…

Killed my appetite and gave me a boost of energy. I had to stop taking it after two weeks though because the effects were wearing off.
