What Low Carb Foods Can I Eat To Lose Weight?
If you are thinking about going on a low carb food diet, you may be wondering what low carb foods you should eat. First, let’s take a look at what carbs really are. Fiber & Calcium
Fiber helps to keep you feeling full and it also helps keep you regular. Some fiber foods include All Bran or Fiber One cereal, flax seed, broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes. Calcium is important for your overall health and is great for bone strength. Here are some low carb calcium rich foods to add to your diet: low fat or low sugar yogurt, no fat/low fat milk, low fat cheese, tofu, and butter.
