2. Increase your activity. Exercise in spurts throughout the day. You do not have to overwhelm yourself. Just get your body moving each day. You have to increase your heart rate so you can burn more calories, which will help you lose weight quickly.

3. Team up. Join a group either online or offline to help you stay motivated to continue on the path you started. It is always easier to have people to talk to and to help you through the good and bad times.
